At Unity Cafe we believe that wellness is the integration
of mind, body and spirit all being a significant force in helping homeless and low-income people rebuild their lives.
To help
our guests learn how to better care for themselves, we will offer an array of services centered on healthy living .

Women's support groups
**Alcoholics Anonymous (AA) meetings
**Narcotics Anonymous (NA) meetings
**Welness workshops (nutrition,
stress management, and anger management)
**Referrals for dental exams
**Referrals for eye exams and assist finding financial help
for glasses
**Referrals for haircuts
**Referrals for health services***
The Cafe will also
link guests and alumni to other services provided by other organizations in the community, including health care, housing,
educational opportunities, job training programs, and employment. All applicants to our cafe programs must be referred by
a social service provider who has substantial experience working with their client in order to verify the qualifying criteria.
To qualify, applicants must have no recent history of violence and be willing to work toward obtaining their own housing and
source of income.
